PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processor selectively applying compression sensing. SOLUTION: This signal processor is equipped with: a control part using, as a sampling frequency, a frequency M times as high as a frequency obtained by adding a bandwidth of a second signal to a third signal arranged with a first signal in a frequency band lower than the second signal to twice as great as the bandwidth of the first signal, and determining a selection pattern for selecting sampling values in a predetermined pattern on the basis of M sampling values out of sampling values obtained by sampling; a sampling part for sampling the third signal at the sampling frequency calculated by the control part, and outputting the sampling values obtained by the sampling based on the selection pattern determined by the control part; a restoration part for restoring the second signal using a predetermined algorithm for the sampling values output by the sampling part; and a signal processing part for performing processing to the first signal using the sampling values, and performing different processing to the restored second signal.
