PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a plastic lens which has excellent shape accuracy and small internal strain even when it is made small-sized and has a complicated shape, and a photographic lens, an imaging apparatus and portable equipment. SOLUTION: The plastic lens has a flange part 2b on the outer periphery of a lens effective diameter part 2a, and is manufactured by injecting resin in a molding die through a gate part 2d. When the thickness of the periphery of the lens effective diameter part 2a is defined as s, the thickness of the center of the lens effective diameter part 2a is defined as t, lens effective diameters are defined as E.D, and a lens outside diameter is defined as D, the plastic lens satisfies s/t≤0.61 and E.D/D≥0.4.
