PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary washing device capable of increasing water-saving efficiency and reducing standby power. SOLUTION: A washing nozzle for a private part of a human body 410 has: a water supply channel 411 for passing washing water; an orifice 413 for orienting the washing water to the private part of the human body; a throat 417; a mixing chamber 415 which is arranged at the downstream side of the orifice 413 and the upstream side of the throat 417, and an area of vertical cross section against the discharge direction of the washing water is larger than the area of cross section of the orifice 413 in the vertical direction; and an air intake part 423 for intaking negative pressure air generated due to a flow of the washing water from the orifice 413 to the throat 417. A returning flow is generated in the mixing chamber 415 by the washing water which flows out from the orifice 413 and whose flow direction is changed by a wall surface of the mixing chamber 415, and the air sucked in the mixing chamber 415 through the air intake part 423 is mixed as bubbles in the returning flow, is merged with the washing water flowing from the orifice 413 to the throat 417, and is discharged from the throat 417.
