PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide convenience of issuing a spare key to a user while ensuring the security of an electronic key. SOLUTION: An inherent code is stored in an electronic key device 700, and when the inherent code is transmitted to a lock device 200A for locking and unlocking a door and it is authenticated to be a correct inherent code by an authentication part 220, a door lock is released and locked by a lock operating part 230. Although a spare key can be made by copying the electronic key device 700, an attribute showing a master key or a spare key is recorded then. When a user gives reset designation to a reset designation input part 260, an attribute recognizing part 250 recognizes the attribute of the electronic key device 700. Only when the master key is verified, a new code generating part 270 generates a new code, and the inherent code of the electronic key device 700 which is the master key is rewritten by a code rewriting part 240.
