PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a use in a small area inside and outside a house, and a use in an unfavorable road state; and to reduce a wheel track to the minimum. SOLUTION: A rear base 32 is fixed to a tractor body (for agricultural use) 1, a stand plate 13 is connected to a lower part thereof, and a telescopic boom 2 is attached to an upper surface thereof with a bolt. A base 4 is fixed to a bottom of a center of the tractor 1, a base shaft 70 is fixed to the base 4, a boss of an arc plate is fixed to an upper part of the base shaft 70 with a key, an arm bracket and right and left telescopic opening and closing arms 3 are fixed to the base shaft 70, a front jack 82 is attached to ends of the right and left telescopic opening and closing arms 3, and the right and left telescopic opening and closing arms 3 are positioned by pins.
