PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simplified steam discharge mechanism of a rice cooker with warmer, and an inner lid enabling the same. SOLUTION: The steam discharge mechanism of the rice cooker with warmer includes: a body forming the outline of the rice cooker with warmer and having a container shape with an upper part open; an inner pot removably housed in the body; and the inner lid freely opening and closing the upper side of the inner pot, made of a porous carbon having open cells to retain moisture, and is variable in weight. The side face and bottom face of the inner lid having the open cells are in contact with the inner pot, the open cells that exist in the top face are closed, and openings are provided from the bottom face to the end of the inner lid having the eccentric center of gravity.
