PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent throughput from decreasing in data transmission, in a dynamic spectrum access system. SOLUTION: In a radio communication system including a receiving and transmitting stations for radio communication, the receiving station transmits a channel sensing result and the transmitting station determines a data transmission frequency, and simultaneously transmits data channel information and a data channel. In the dynamic spectrum access system, the throughput in data transmission is prevented from decreasing due to time delay when the channel sensing results are exchanged. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
