Provided is a micro-bubble group generator including: a casing 75; an impeller 82; a plurality of distributing plates 76; and a mixing chamber C1 disposed between the casing 75 and the impeller 82. The casing 75 includes a plurality of fixed-side surrounding walls 75e and 75f which protrude from an inner-side flange 75c on a circle concentric with a cylindrical portion 75a. The impeller 82 includes: a circular plate portion disposed in the casing 75 rotatably on a center line O; and a plurality of moving-side surrounding walls 82d and 82e. The moving-side surrounding walls 82d and 82e are disposed between the cylindrical portion 75a and the fixed-side surrounding wall 75e, and between the fixed-side surrounding wall 75e and the fixed-side surrounding wall 75f. The moving-side surrounding walls 82d and 82e protrude from the circular plate portion on a circle concentric with the cylindrical portion 75a. The distributing plates 76 face each of the moving-side surrounding walls 82d and 82e, and extend along the center line O in a circumferential direction away from each of the cylindrical portion 75a, the fixed-side surrounding wall 75e, and the fixed-side surrounding wall 75f. In the aforementioned manner, gases and liquids related to bubble formation may be mixed in a space-saving manner. Also provided is a bubble bath apparatus including the micro-bubble group generator.
