<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door locking device for a vehicle, which maintains a high security level while simplifying a structure. <P>SOLUTION: The door locking device for the vehicle includes a central operation switch 10 outputting an unlocking command based on a switching operation; a key interlocking switch 20 switchingly operated interlocked with the operation of a key cylinder to output an unlocking command; and a door unlocking control unit 30 unlocking a vehicle door based on the unlocking command. The door locking device further includes a transistor 16 operated on to output the unlocking command to the door locking control unit 30, and a switch control unit 17 switching on the transistor 16 based on output signals from an unlocking switch 15 of the central operation switch 10 and various switches 51-53 provided in the vehicle.
