<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical component which has at least one cable element, at least one solder joint, at least one hotmelt element, and at least one base material element in which the cable element improves a data transmission speed in the case it is connected to a base material element by a solder joint. <P>SOLUTION: At least one solder joint 12 is not embedded in the hotmelt element 22, and stops flow of the hotmelt element before it reaches the solder joint so that the hotmelt element does not exist. Moreover, a tool to manufacture the electrical component 1 is provided.
