<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem, wherein a convex portion formed on an electrode protruding from an LED package and a concave portion formed in an electrode inserted to other LED package are coupled through fitting, and thus, a coupled portion of the convex portion and the concave portion comes off due to vibration and shock. <P>SOLUTION: A lower-side electrode 1 and an upper-side electrode 2, with each being connected to an LED chip 4 are made to protrude from the opposite sides of a resin mold 3, and a concave portion (hole) 1a is formed in the lower-side electrode 1 and a convex portion (projection) 2a is formed on the upper-side electrode 2.
