<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting diode lamp improved in heat dissipation. <P>SOLUTION: The light-emitting diode lamp comprises a heat dissipating device 4, a heat sink 5, a light-emitting unit, and a cooling driving member 3. The heat dissipating device includes a column unit 41 and a coolant container 42, the column unit 41 defines first and second liquid passages 412, 413 which are opposedly positioned, and the coolant container 42 defines a coolant storing space 421 for storing a coolant 200 therein.
