<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of acquiring and streaming screen content through a video camera incorporated in a mobile device, and to provide the mobile device. <P>SOLUTION: The camera of the mobile device acquires a video frame to transmit it to a server (405).
