PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ringing suppression circuit reducing even undershoot of lower voltage without using a free-wheel diode. SOLUTION: The ringing suppression circuit includes: an N channel MOSFET 19 which is connected between a power supply and a signal line 12P; and a P channel MOSFET 20 which is connected between a signal line 12M and the ground, the ringing suppression circuit 18 turns the N channel MOSFET 19 and the P channel MOSFET 20 on according to difference between potentials of the signal lines 12P, 12M and potentials which are given to gates of the N channel MOSFET 19, the P channel MOSFET 20 corresponding to the potentials of the signal lines 12P, 12M to suppress ringing which is going to be generated in the signal lines 12P, 12M.
