PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for reducing values of parameters such as SAR that have upper limits in MRI. SOLUTION: In an embodiment, the MRI apparatus includes an imaging part and an operation part. The operation part respectively calculates values of parameters having upper limits to a plurality of patterns in the scan order for a plurality of scan actions. The imaging part respectively generates image data for each of the scan actions by performing the plurality of scan actions in accordance with calculation results by the operation part.
