PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily rod-shaped cosmetic having excellent stability without damaging the usability of the oily rod-shaped cosmetic having a mechanism of sliding a holding part for holding the oily rod-shaped cosmetic connected to an operation part by the sliding operation of the prescribed operation part of a container of the rod-shaped cosmetic, and a mechanism of opening a lid part of the container of the rod-shaped cosmetic by pushing by a sleeve for storing the oily rod-shaped cosmetic when sending out the cosmetic. SOLUTION: The oily rod-shaped cosmetic is obtained by formulating a hydrocarbon-based wax solid at normal temperature, a wax ester, an ester oil solid or semisolid at the normal temperature and having a sterol skeleton, and a fatty acid ester derivative of a polysaccharide.
