PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet bowl unit allowing a toilet bowl and an instrument washing water faucet to be arranged in a suitable positional relationship and facilitating maintenance and inspection in a mounting wall. SOLUTION: The toilet bowl unit CU is adapted to mount the instrument washing water faucet 30 to the surface side of an inspection cover 25 and to allow a water supply pipe 40 to pass from the front face side to the rear face side of an inspection cover 25. When the inspection cover 25 is moved between an open position in which the inspection cover 25 is located to open an opening 201 and a closed position in which the inspection cover 25 is located to close the opening 201, the water supply pipe 40 is also moved following the movement of the inspection cover 25.
