摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle controller preparing a traveling plan coping with behavior in time of curving of a peripheral vehicle. SOLUTION: The vehicle controller 1 generating the traveling plan of one's own vehicle and performing vehicle control based on the traveling plan includes: a peripheral vehicle behavior prediction means 31c predicting the behavior in time of a curve travel of the peripheral vehicle based on a maximum lateral acceleration or/and deceleration in time of the curve travel of the peripheral vehicle; and a traveling plan generation means 31e generating the traveling plan of the own vehicle based on the behavior in time of the curve travel of the peripheral vehicle predicted in the peripheral vehicle behavior prediction means 31c. The vehicle controller 1 also includes a learning means 31a learning the maximum lateral acceleration or/and deceleration in time of the curve travel of the peripheral vehicle when the peripheral vehicle travels on a curve. Preferably, the peripheral vehicle behavior prediction means 31c predicts the behavior in time of the curve travel of the peripheral vehicle based on the maximum lateral acceleration or/and deceleration learned in the learning means 31a.
