PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shut off hot air and water intrusion from an engine to an air inlet port that is formed in a cowl panel, and miniaturize a shield plate that is disposed in a space surrounded by the cowl panel and a cowl louver. SOLUTION: The shield plate 36, a shield wall part 32 of a rain gutter 26, and a rib 18I of the cowl louver 18 are disposed at the same location in the vehicle-width direction of a space S so as to prevent the hot air from an engine room from flowing into the air inlet port 22 formed in a cowl panel 20, and to block a cross section opening of the space S formed between the cowl panel 20 and the cowl louver 18 on both sides in the width direction of the air inlet port 22.
