PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaporator unit for an ejector-type refrigerating cycle which can be easily adapted to a size and a shape of a mounting space on a product side while demonstrating sufficient refrigerating capacity in an evaporator. SOLUTION: For integrating an ejector 25, a suction-side evaporator 28, and a suction-side coolant pipe 26b connecting a coolant outlet of the suction-side evaporator 28 to a coolant suction port 25b of the ejector 25 as the evaporator unit 30, the coolant outlet is arranged on the upper side of the coolant suction port 25b, and the pipe which is formed to make the coolant flowing from the coolant outlet to the coolant suction port 25b flow toward the lower side is adopted as the suction-side coolant pipe 26b. By this, a liquid-phase coolant with high density can be introduced to the coolant suction port 25b by an action of gravity, even if the coolant in a gas-liquid phase state flows out of the coolant outlet, which restrains the ejector 25 from being incapable of sucking the coolant from the coolant suction port 25b so as to demonstrate the sufficient refrigerating capacity in the suction-side evaporator 28.
