PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently collect an image formation substance transferred from a peeling member to a cleaning member, and also, to suppress the breakage of the cleaning member and a cleaning blade. SOLUTION: The image removing device includes: a peeling means for peeling the thermoplastic image formation substance by thermally transferring it to the peeling roller 102 from a reusable material R to be subjected to recording while rotating the peeling roller 102; a first cleaning means for transferring the thermoplastic image formation substance to the cleaning roller 105 by heating the cleaning roller 105 and also sliding the cleaning roller 105 and the peeling roller 102 with rotation; and a second cleaning means where the transferred thermoplastic image formation substance is blocked by the cleaning blade 106 coming into contact with the cleaning roller 105, then, the substance is squeezed by a squeezing member 107 to the end portion in a direction parallel to the rotating axis of the cleaning roller 105, thereafter, the substance is scraped by a rotating blade 108.
