PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform air-heating for a long time at a stable temperature by utilizing heat storage. SOLUTION: The heat storage heating device 10 is configured by disposing a solid heat storage body 1 incorporating a heater 8 in an inner iron container 3, and charging a heat storage body 4 having coagulation latent heat from an outer iron container 3 to an inner aluminum container 5. Here, a space 2 is formed between the inner iron container 3 and the outer iron container 3, and a space 9 is formed between the inner aluminum container 5 and the outer aluminum container 5. The air is sucked from an upper air suction port 7A, passed through the space 2 defined in the iron container 3 by a drift plate 7C, then passed through the space 9 defined in the aluminum container 5 by a drift plate 6C through an air discharge port 7B and an air inflow port 6A, and discharged as warm wind to a room outside from a fan 6B.
