A module of light influencing element, a lighting device and a lighting system are provided. The module of light influencing element (3) includes NXK light influencing elements (30), both of N and K are positive integers, and N is equal to or larger than 2, wherein adjacent light influencing elements (30) between which detachable sections (31) are provided connect each other. The light influencing elements (30) can be separated into multiple combinations (3S) of light influencing elements along at least a part of the detachable sections (31), or are suitable to form one combination (3S) of light influencing elements (3S) undetachably, in order to produce different joint manners. A lighting system (1000) includes lighting devices (1) which include light source modules (12) and combination groups (3T) of light influencing elements formed by at least a part of the module of light influencing element (3). A lighting device can also include light source modules (10A), combination groups (3T) of light influencing elements and waterproof elements (110) which are arranged between the light source modules (10A) and the combination groups (3T) of light influencing elements, and cover at least a part of the light source modules (10A). Another lighting device includes light emitting elements (810) and light influencing elements (820) which are provided with asymmetric curved surfaces (824) and at least one mirror-asymmetric section in the asymmetric direction (Dl), and are suitable to rotate with respect to the light emitting elements (810), in order to change the orientation of the asymmetric direction (Dl) of the light influencing elements (820).
