The invention relates to an apparatus (1) for influencing a biological rhythm of a person (5), which comprises a person affecting device (2) for affecting the person (5). An initial affecting pattern providing device (13) provides an affecting pattern defining the kind of affecting the person by the person affecting device (2). An actual personal information providing device (4) provides actual personal information of the person (5) and an affecting pattern adaptation device (12) adapts the affecting pattern to the provided actual personal information, wherein the person affecting device (2) is controlled by a control device (3) depending on the adapted affecting pattern such that the biological rhythm of the person (5) is influenced. The affecting pattern can therefore dynamically be adjusted to the actual personal situation of the person, thereby dynamically influencing the biological rhythm of the person depending on actual personal information.
