The arrangement (A) has a winding set comprising windings with effective areas and non-effective areas. Wires are arranged at sides of the non-effective areas. A seat (2) has a slot (21) with a form corresponding to bent sections of the windings in a cross-section, where the windings are inserted into the slots. A resin casing (3) encloses free-lying areas of the windings at an outer side of the slot and seals the slot. A cooling channel (22) is arranged in the seat, and a surface of the slot has an insulation layer made from resin, lacquer, polyisocyanurate or insulation paper.
