The transducer has a programmable flash-microcontroller comprising an integrated LCD-driver (10) and a LCD-display (11), and interfaces connected to a personal computer-programming device. A LED-display indicates information necessary for executing breathing exercise, where the exercise is started in a selected level through the operation of a start/stop button. A changing signal is optically or acoustically outputted at the end of a program point, where the breathing exercise and degree of difficulty of the exercise are pre-programmed in the transducer.
