POWDER FOR MAKING OF MAKGEOLLI AND ITS MAKING METHOD

PURPOSE: A powder composition for manufacturing Makkoli and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to simply enjoy Makkoli and to prevent Makkoli from spoilage. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a powder composition for Makkoli comprises: a step of measuring the weight of raw materials(10); a step of washing the raw materials(20); a step of pulverizing the raw materials(30); a step of fermenting the raw materials at 60-65°C for 24-40 hours by saccharification/fermentation(40); a step of pulverizing Makkoli ingredients(50); and a step of packaging powder composition containing the Makkoli ingredient, nuruk, and yeast.
