PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a platelet rich plasma is provided to minimize a secondary infection and a physical allergic reaction in the dilution process of a blood coagulant. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a platelet rich plasma comprises: a step(s1) of collecting blood from a patient; a step(s2) of separating platelet concentrated serum from the collected blood by using a centrifuge; a step(s3) of mixing the platelet concentrated serum and air by putting the platelet concentrated serum in a sterilizing container; a step(s4) of heating the mixed platelet concentrated serum to 70-80deg.C for 4-10 minutes; a step(s5) re-heating the mixed platelet concentrated serum to 82-95deg.C for 8-20 minutes using radiant heat; and a step(s6) of cooling the mixed platelet concentrated serum for 3-10 minutes.
