<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify an in-facility area wherein a load increases to increase energy consumption, and to allow utilization as reference information when performing energy-saving enlightening activities, by allowing one-glance confirmation of a part from which a request for temperature control is issued when performing the temperature control of air conditioning facility. <P>SOLUTION: An indoor temperature control means 3 controls the air conditioning facility 30 based on a setting value outputted by an operation means 3a or an operation terminal 50a, 50b. A setting value data collection means 1 collects a temperature measurement value of a controlled space, and a measurement value data collection means 2 collects the setting values outputted by the operation means 3a and the operation terminals 50a, 50b. A trend graph display means 5 displays a trend graph of the measurement values wherein display colors are differentiated by output sources of the setting values.
