PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily replace an optional discharge electrode from a plurality of discharge electrodes. SOLUTION: A discharge element 100 includes a substrate 105 having insulation properties; a common electrode 103 provided on the substrate 105; and the plurality of discharge electrodes 101 electrically connected to the common electrode 103. Each of the discharge electrodes 101 is formed of a resistor. Accordingly, the discharge can be performed, by bringing the discharge electrodes 101 into contact with the common electrode 103. The plurality of discharge electrodes 101 are separately inserted into a plurality of hole parts provided in predetermined positions of the substrate 105, and are freely insertable and removable.
