PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving force distribution control device of a four-wheel drive vehicle, capable of restraining an oversteer state in turning. SOLUTION: The driving force distribution control device 1 of the four-wheel drive vehicle 101 has a differential mechanism 1A for distributing driving force of an engine 102 to a front drive shaft 105 and a propeller shaft 109 by allowing a differential of these, a clutch 20 for restricting the differential between the front drive shaft 105 and the propeller shaft 109 and a control part 10 for controlling fastening force of the clutch 20.
