The method involves filling a mold support (12) of a mold (10) with a filling compound (30). The filling compound is pressed towards a slug. The slug is cured during a hardening process and/or under temperature influence. Holes e.g. punching holes, for grippers, are incorporated in the slug before the hardening process, where longitudinal axes of the punching holes stay transverse to a pressing direction. The filling compound is formed by an effect of pressing pressure in the mold towards the slug. The holes are incorporated in the form of passage holes in the slug.
