The aid is designed in the form of a roller (1), where a reciprocally sticking tape (2) runs smoothly on a control unit and arranged at an end of the roller. A tearing off tab (3) is set on a sticking end of the roller. A breaking film (5) is lifted by short rotation of the roller towards a center part of a plastic packaging (4) in a rotation direction (6), where length of the roller is 10-20 cm, and diameter of the roller is 1-2 cm.
