<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly supply a constant amount of a developer in a developer conveyance and supply part in the axial direction of a developer carrier, in a developing device in which an amount of the developer supplied to a rotating developer carrier is regulated by a regulation member and is conveyed by an image carrier. <P>SOLUTION: In the developing device 20 in which an amount of the developer conveyed by the rotating developer carrier 21 is regulated by the regulation member 26 and is conveyed by the image carrier 10, two screw members 23, 24 provided with spiral screw blades 23b, 24b at the outer peripheries of rotary shafts 23a, 24a are provided along the developer carrier in the developer conveyance and supply part 22 for conveying the developer along the developer carrier below the developer carrier and supplying the developer, the developer is conveyed in the reverse direction by each of the screw members, and the timing for supplying the developer to the developer carrier by the screw blade in each of the screw members is shifted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
