PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress electric corrosion of an electrode in a manufacturing process of an electro-optical device. SOLUTION: An electro-optical device substrate includes: on the substrate (10) a plurality of pixel parts; a plurality of first electrodes (106) provided on peripheral regions around pixel regions (10a), arranged with the plurality of pixel parts and containing a first conductive material; a plurality of second electrodes (210) provided on the peripheral regions and containing a second conductive material differing from the first conductive material; a plurality of first wirings (220) formed in the peripheral regions, containing the first conductive material and electrically connecting the first electrodes adjoining each other among the plurality of first electrodes; and a second wiring (231), formed in the peripheral regions and electrically connecting at least one of the plurality of first electrodes to at least one of the plurality of second electrodes.
