PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting water leak point to specifically detect a water leak point with a simplified configuration and technique. SOLUTION: In a system for detecting water leak point to detect the water leak point in a pipe by measuring a current in a conductor arranged along the pipe, a current measurement process is provided for measuring the current in a circuit for water leak point detection at any current measurement point. If a current value measured in the current measurement process is less than a given current value, it is determined that the water leak point exists between a power supply and the current measurement point. If a current value measured in the current measurement process is greater than a given current value, it is determined that the water leak point exists between the current measurement point and an electrical resistor.
