The dispersion pump has recesses (4.1c) provided on concentric circle contour for a rotating axis of a dispersion pump, which is engaged over front surface of a running wheel (4) and penetrate all shovels (4.1,4.2) in the detection area of circle contour rotationally symmetrically to the rotating axis in circumferential direction.
