The gear box valve supporting block (1) is made of fiber or mineral-amplified thermosetting polymers, which has receiving openings (2,3,4,5), in which sockets of cartridge valves are used. The sockets have ports, which are sealed against each other by inside walls (16,17,18,19) of receiving openings lying close to sealing rings. The gear box valve recording block is deburred from part of a flat surface (23) by crystalline carbon dioxide. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing gear box valve supporting block.
