The collector (100) has a resurfaced adhesive layer (3) coated on inner surfaces and outer surface of dust collecting pipes (2a-2f). An inlet port (24a) is formed in an end of the dust collecting pipes in a position close to air-conditioning device (5). An air outlet opening (25a) is formed in another end of the dust collecting pipes in a position close to an air duct (51) for air-conditioning, while pull cords (4a-4f) is arranged along the dust collecting pipes. The pull cord is securely attached to two outer ends and the dust collecting pipes are pulled with the pull cord. The dust collecting pipes are manufactured from a textile material, paper or plastic material.
