PURPOSE: A method and device for managing a control channel based on terminal feedback in a wireless communication system are provided to transmit a control channel through the preference frequency resource of a terminal, thereby reducing the amount of resources necessary for transmitting a control channel. CONSTITUTION: The entire LTE transmission bandwidth(101) is made of a plurality of resources blocks(103). A reference signal(121) is transmitted for a terminal for channel estimation. A control channel signal is located in the leading part of a sub frame(105) on a time axis. The sub frame is composed of two slots(107). A PHICH(Physical Hybrid ARQ Indicator Channel) multiplexes several ACK/NACK signals by a code multiplexing technique.
