The present invention discloses a wireless communication device with a function of self-starting, which comprises a wireless module, and also comprises: a hub (HUB) module, a multi-function storage module, and a control module corresponding to the HUB module. At the same time, the present invention also discloses a method for implementing the wireless communication device with the function of self-starting, which includes: setting a HUB module and a multi-function storage module corresponding to the HUB module additionally for a wireless module, and configuring a corresponding control module for the HUB module to control the function of self-starting of the wireless communication device. The implementation of the device and the method enables the wireless communication device to integrate storage cards of multiple types, and simplify the complexity of the software for self-starting.
