Disclosed is an antibody-containing solution preparation which does not undergo the production of conjugates when stored for a long period, is stable, and is suitable for subcutaneous administration. It is found that the use of a histidine buffer or aspartic acid or glutamic acid (which is an acidic amino acid) as a counter ion species for tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane, i.e., the use of a histidine-aspartate buffer or a histidine-glutamate buffer as a buffer or a tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane-aspartate or a tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane-glutamate exhibits a significant stabilizing effect. It is also found that the use of aspartic acid or glutamic acid (which is an acidic amino acid) as a counter ion species for a basic amino acid (e.g., arginine), i.e., the use of an arginine-aspartate or an arginine-glutamate exhibits a significant stabilizing effect. |
