<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid multilayer thin films sanitary device and its production method which can improve the desired performance and convenience of a contraceptive device, a sanitary tampon, a suppository, and so on, can produce many item goods by the same production facility, and improve productivity. <P>SOLUTION: A shape is retained by material such as a plastic film which has water resistance and necessary physical strength and dry condition such as a starch film. Insertion into a female vagina and so on is easy and comfort when using is augmented by laminating the material to form a gel in body water and shaping it in the form of a pencil cap. In order to conduct and solve it, the plastic film is fully thin and flexible and the presence is decreased. Furthermore, a film which is attached firmly to an intravaginal wall by gel prevents dropout by the blocking of external air, inhibits the intrusion of semen and the leakage of menstrual blood, and accomplishes the fixation, retention, and improvement of medicine. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
