<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small size inexpensive current sensor which can accurately detect a current to be measured by using a multilayer printed wiring board. <P>SOLUTION: A primary conductor pattern is formed by using a conductor layer pattern of at least one internal layer of the multilayer printed wiring board, and a magnetoelectric conversion element is also included. Consequently, a withstand voltage between the primary conductor pattern and the magnetoelectric conversion element is improved, and the multilayer printed wiring board can be reduced in comparison with the case where the primary conductor pattern and the magnetoelectric conversion element are exposed, and cost can be reduced, and the primary conductor pattern can be positioned close to the magnetoelectric conversion element, to thereby heighten accuracy. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
