<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a plant monitoring control system that presents a past operation record optimal for a current operation, when an abnormality occurs in a plant. <P>SOLUTION: The plant monitoring control system includes: a database 1801 for recording input/output contents and measurement values of plant parameters during an operation as operation and confirmation data, and recording thresholds of the variations of the plant parameter values determined as symptoms of an accident as symptom definition data 1407 for each of a plurality of accidents assumed in the plant; a symptom detection unit 1402 for detecting a symptom of an accident by comparing a current state in the plant with the symptom definition data 1407; and an operation record retrieval unit 1501 for evaluating a similarity degree to the measurement values of current plant parameters by weighting the plant parameters according to the detected symptom when detecting the symptom of the accident to retrieve operation and confirmation data having a high similarity degree. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
