<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the constitution of a washing apparatus by decreasing the number of nozzles of a washing means to be used for an electric dust collector provided with an automatic washing function. <P>SOLUTION: The electric duct collector includes a housing having a dust collecting unit 2 and dampers 4 with adjustable openings to be provided at an inlet and an outlet. A washing nozzle 3 is provided at the tip of the damper 4 as a washing means for washing the dust collecting unit 2. A rotary shaft of the damper 4 is composed of a piping 5 for transporting washing water and a rotary shaft of a damper motor 6. Upon washing, the damper 4 of either the inlet or the outlet is closed. Washing is performed by injecting a washing liquid from a washing nozzle 3 provided at the tip of the other damper 4 while swinging the opened damper 4 by the damper motor 6. With the constitution, a wide washing range is provided for the individual nozzles, making it possible to efficiently wash with fewer number of nozzles. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
