摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect an extremely low voltage of 0.3 V or less to prevent a malfunction for avoiding damages to a secondary electric battery in an environmental electric power plant. <P>SOLUTION: A circuit U73 for detecting the extremely low voltage, which uses a reproducible energy source such as a solar cell and the like in a single cell at a given temperature coefficient reliably. A halt of electric power generation is prevented by a failure caused by a partial shadow in the solar cell, an over-discharge in the other natural energy sources, and the like, because of usage in the single cell, and thereby a reduction of a cost, the convenience, and the safety are enhanced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p>
