<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently transmit a pressing force from a push rod to a brake shoe in a brake device while suppressing friction associated with the movement of the brake shoe. <P>SOLUTION: The brake device includes the push rod 40 which moves forward and backward in Y direction; the brake shoe 10 which moves to the forward side by the forward movement of the push rod 40 to contact with a wheel S; a plate spring 1 which movably supports the brake shoe 10; and a bracket 70 which is fixed to a housing 21 receiving a part of the push rod 40, and to which the plate spring 1 is attached. One end portion 1a of the plate spring 1 is fixed to the brake shoe 10 and the other end portion 1b thereof is fixed to the bracket 70 so that its thickness direction is matched to the forward/backward movement direction of the push rod 40 (Y direction). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
