PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and quickly grasp a corresponding status of an operator by a chief of operations on-duty. SOLUTION: When an operation and monitoring of each equipment in a nuclear power plant is performed in a main board, system information, system line information, screen information, and identification number information, which correspond to these operations and monitoring are produced (S10). A control device acquires each of the system information, the system line information, the screen information, and the identification number information, which are produced in the main board (S20). In the control device, determination whether or not a display request exists on the information is made on an operation command table, then information relating to the past and present operations and monitoring of the equipment performed by the operator at the main board such as the system information, the system line information, the screen information, and the identification number information is made to be displayed on a screen of a display unit of the operation command table when the display request is determined to exist (S30, S40, S50).
