PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire for improving abrasion resistance, crack resistance and stone-biting preventive performance, on condition of maintaining traction performance in a wet road surface. SOLUTION: This tire has one row or more of rib-like land parts 3 and a land part 11 adjacent on the shoulder side of the rib-like land parts 3, in a tread part 1, and has a sipe 4 in the rib-like land parts 3. The sipe 4 has a cutout part 10 recessed inside in the tire width direction of extending to the groove bottom 6 side of the sipe 4 from a tread part tread 5 along at least a part of the sipe 4, on a sidewall 9 on the shoulder side of the rib-like land parts 3 where the depth in at least shoulder side end part is smaller than the depth of a residual part. A sidewall 12 of the land part 11 adjacent on the shoulder side is provided with a projection part 13 extending toward the cutout part 10 side of the rib-like land parts 3.
